Review records from a PDF
Extract page text locally, map its meaning, and prepare records for a chosen workspace.
Local parser and OCR. Reviewed records go only to your selected FieldForge workspace after approval. Original PDF bytes stay on this device.
Choose Personal or a named organization
Use your existing sign-in. Select Personal or a workspace you can edit, then review who can access the committed records. Saved evidence includes page notes and OCR page text, including unselected text; inspect it before requesting server review. Open Account.
1. Add a PDF to this open batch
Up to ten sources. The PDF stays in tab memory for page review; extraction and source hashes are saved only if you download a package. Scanned pages can use local OCR. Every OCR-derived label and area still requires visual review.
OCR runs on this device using bundled English assets. Review every OCR label and area against the page, including high-confidence text.
2. Map table columns or explicitly pair page labels
Column positions are extraction suggestions, not a verified table. Set the exact line range, review the page, and choose column meanings. All upload mappings start blank.
Pair labels from a page diagram
Preserve a printed ranch total for comparison
3. Review ranch and lot matches
Suggestions remain unselected. Every existing lot label includes its ranch and ID. Record-only creation and source acreage require your explicit review; no GIS boundary or marker is inferred.
4. Resolve or retain uncertainties
5. Prepare a local dry run
Server review and final approval
Requesting a server review stores this reviewed plan and its selected source evidence in your chosen workspace. Approval expires after 30 minutes; saved reviews and receipts remain with the workspace records. Committing creates or links the reviewed records and retains source acreage and provenance; GIS acreage and boundaries stay separate.
