FieldForge

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldForge, operated by Conner Hunt as a sole proprietorship ("FieldForge", "we", "us"), collects and uses your information when you use our 3D farm-mapping service at mapper.fieldforge3d.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are handled by our payment provider (see below).

2. How we use your information

3. How your information is stored

The Service saves working records locally in your browser or on your device, including when you work as a guest. Signing in does not move every file or record to the cloud.

When cloud sync is available for your account and workspace, the app sends supported ranch details, field boundaries and basic field details, markers, yield and harvest records, and fertilizer products and transactions to Supabase. Cloud records are associated with your account or the shared operation workspace selected in the app. Check the in-app sync status to see whether changes have reached the cloud.

Private drone scan images and grids, measured-capture originals, spray records, library definitions, saved places, drafts, and some field details (such as access pins, field legal descriptions and field bed layouts) stay on your device through the built-in sync. You can include device-only content in supported exports. Approved plugins or optional services may receive data as described below.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle collects and processes the billing and payment information needed to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy. We receive limited, non-card information from Paddle (such as your subscription status) to enable your paid features.

5. Third-party map, location and weather services

The Service requests public geospatial data from sources such as USGS, USDA, NAIP and OpenStreetMap. These requests can reveal your IP address and the requested map area or coordinates to the provider. Location searches send your search text or coordinates to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. USDA crop lookups send sampled locations within a field. Weather features send a rounded location to the weather provider, such as NOAA/NWS, or a configured forecast service.

6. Sharing and optional services

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with providers that help us operate the Service, such as Supabase for storage and authentication and Paddle for payments, when required by law, and through the optional services and sharing actions you choose.

The optional AI assistant sends the conversation, including any private details you type, and your current crop list to Anthropic, using your own API account, after you review and approve the request. Field records and files are not attached automatically.

Plugins you install can receive ranch, field or record data covered by the permissions you approve. Plugins with network access can send permitted data to their listed services, including through automatic updates you enable. Review a plugin's permissions and service providers before enabling it.

Records synced in a shared operation workspace are associated with that workspace. Exported files can be shared by you with other people or services; review their contents before sharing.

7. Cookies & local storage

Browser or device storage keeps your sign-in session, records, drafts, settings, imported private assets and downloaded maps. The app's Delete downloaded maps control removes public offline map downloads while preserving your records and private scans. Clearing the site's data through your browser can remove device-only content and sign-in information; back up content you want to keep first. Clearing local data does not itself request deletion of your cloud account.

8. Your choices & rights

You can view and edit your records and use the available delete controls. Records backups, CSV and GeoJSON exports are available without a paid subscription. Export formats cover different subsets of content: saved-record backups exclude private scan assets and unfinished drafts; a private workspace archive can include stored scans, measured originals and drafts in a personal or guest workspace. Review export contents and keep original imported files.

Deleting a record removes it from active records; sync deletion history and previous local backup copies may remain. Record deletion and clearing local storage are separate from requesting deletion of your account. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information and associated data using the contact instructions below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

11. Privacy questions and data requests

Email support@fieldforge3d.com with your privacy question or a request to access, correct, export or delete your information. Include the email associated with your account, if you have one, the action you are requesting, and the relevant workspace or ranch if applicable. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for an account or shared workspace before handling a request.

Do not send passwords, API keys or payment details. Tell us if the request concerns content stored only on your device, since that content is not available to us through built-in cloud sync.
