Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldForge, operated by Conner Hunt as a sole proprietorship ("FieldForge", "we", "us"), collects and uses your information when you use our 3D farm-mapping service at mapper.fieldforge3d.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares (name, email). Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase.
• Content you create — the fields, boundaries, markers, notes, and drone imagery you draw or upload in the Service.
• Usage & technical data — basic information such as browser type and approximate region, and locally stored settings/caches needed to run the app and offline mode.

We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are handled by our payment provider (see below).

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service, including saving and syncing your maps across your devices.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To respond to support requests and communicate about your account or subscription.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

3. How your information is stored

Your account and content are stored using Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL platform running on cloud infrastructure). Your data is associated with your account and protected by row-level security so that, by default, only you can access your own maps and content.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle collects and processes the billing and payment information needed to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy. We receive limited, non-card information from Paddle (such as your subscription status) to enable your paid features.

5. Third-party map data

The Service displays public geospatial data from sources such as the USGS, USDA, NAIP, and OpenStreetMap. Requesting these public map tiles does not transmit your personal account information to those sources.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (e.g., Supabase for storage/authentication and Paddle for payments), or where required by law.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and cache map data for offline use. You can clear this data through your browser or the app's "Clear cache" control.

8. Your choices & rights

You can view, edit, export (on plans that support export), and delete the content in your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
