Terms of Service

Effective June 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FieldForge, a web-based 3D farm-mapping application (the "Service") available at mapper.fieldforge3d.com. The Service is operated by Conner Hunt as a sole proprietorship doing business as "FieldForge" ("FieldForge", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FieldForge lets you visualize farmland in 3D using publicly available aerial imagery, elevation (lidar), and crop-data layers; draw and measure field boundaries; estimate acreage; add markers and notes; overlay your own drone imagery; and (on paid plans) export data and sync across devices.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid plans (e.g., Pro at $19/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment processing, billing, and related customer inquiries, and is the merchant of record for your purchase. Your payment card details are provided to and processed by Paddle; FieldForge does not receive or store your full payment card information.

5. Data accuracy & acreage disclaimer

FieldForge provides estimates derived from public geospatial data. Boundaries, measurements, elevations, crop classifications, and acreage figures are approximate and for informational and planning purposes only. They are not a legal survey and must not be relied upon for legal boundary determination, regulatory or government filings, water or land rights, insurance, or any decision requiring a licensed survey. Always verify with a licensed surveyor or official records where accuracy matters.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the field maps, markers, notes, and drone imagery you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or disrupting the Service; attempting unauthorized access; reselling or redistributing the Service without permission; or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FieldForge and protected by applicable laws. Third-party data layers (e.g., USGS, USDA, NAIP, OpenStreetMap) remain subject to their respective public licenses.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on data or measurements produced by the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may export Your Content (on plans that support export) before termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
